RESERVATIONS and Rates
RV SEASONAL and ANNUAL RESERVATIONS ​

Make reservations by calling (828) 237-2700 or emailing info@tinyhomesjc.com.

​A minimum of 30 day reservation is required.

RV site check-in at after 1:00 p.m. Check-out at 11:00 a.m.

There is no bathhouse or laundry facility on the premise.

Water, sewer, electric and 1000 mbps Wi-Fi and all taxes are included in monthly rates. There is no additional surcharge.

No more than 6 adults/children on a site.

Monthly Reservations: THJC will generate a reservation invoice through PayPal. THJC will send the invoice to the supplied Renters e-mail address and payment must be made in accordance with the invoice due date.
SEASONAL RESERVATIONS: (minimum of 5 of months): THJC will generate a reservation invoice through PayPal equal to one months rent. THJC will send the invoice to the Renters e-mail address.
SEASONAL CANCELLATION POLICY: Renters are entitled to a full refund less the $300 reservation fee for all cancelations made at least 91 days or greater to the rental arrival date. If the cancellation is less than 91 days prior to the rental arrival date, Renters will not receive any refund.
ANNUAL LEASE: THJC offers 12 month lease. Renters will be required to sign a 12 month lease. THJC will send the monthly invoice to the Renters e-mail address and a PayPal request.
